How do you manage to train 100 or more employess at the same time?

We maintain the highest quality of training for any number of participants due to the simultaneous work of employees on our digital training platform MetUp.
The trainer posts the algorithm for completing tasks by the participants, all employees see each other’s work in a single space, and the trainer helps the participants interpret the results obtained
2. Why are you able to maintain such high engagement in sessions?
We have a record participation in the session because each participant during the training receives multiple insights about himself, his colleagues and the team - there is a “recognition” of himself and his colleagues and a desire to figure out how to build relationships based on the diagnosis received.
We often use gamification formats, which further increases interest in the sessions. It is very interesting and exciting, everyone participates.
3. How much does your session costs?
It all depends on the format chosen by your team - usually within the “Team Integration” session we work for 7-10 days in the micro-involvement format and 1 day offline or 4-5 hours online for distributed teams.
The cost of such work starts from 6,000 Eur, and the number of participants can be more than 100-150 people at a time.
4. What if participants do not want to undergo diagnostics on the platform?
This happens to us extremely rarely, isolated cases and usually it happens in teams with low trust. We do not force anyone to take tests and always encourage people to participate through an interest in learning about themselves and others.
Our statistics show 99% participation of all colleagues in testing during the session.
5. What diagnostics tools do you use?
For the “Team Integration” session, we use the “Enneagram” personality typology test, which we wrote and validated ourselves on 600,000+ profiles.
Sometimes, for high-level teams, we immediately connect the Belbin team role test and the Tuckman team development stages framework to provide maximum benefits for the participants.
6. How do you work with distributed teams?
Working with distributed teams is our strong point. We conduct all preparation and training in the Telegram channel of the session, where participants connect at any time.
For teamwork, we choose online Zoom meetings or offline meetings, where we jointly practice the material we have worked on.
