1. How is training organized for managers and teams?

During the training process, managers participate in sessions held on the Telegram channel, where they interact with the trainer and receive theoretical materials and assignments.
Team members are not present at these sessions, but perform practical tasks on the MetUp platform. This allows managers to put what they learn into practice and work with their team to improve management skills and improve overall performance.
2. What to do if there is absolutely no time to complete practical tasks?
If managers do not have any time to complete practical tasks, the program provides the opportunity to participate in an observer format.
In this role, leaders attend sessions, observe other participants working with their teams, listen to case studies, and participate in discussions. This approach allows managers to learn from the experiences of others and improve their management skills while minimizing personal time spent on tasks.


3. How to involve your team in completing course assignments?
A diagnostic of more than 500 teams on the MetUp platform shows that team performance is often overlooked. However, participation in our courses significantly improves results, even with minimal team involvement.
We train managers on how to motivate their team to actively participate in tasks. The MetUp platform is designed to make learning not only useful, but also fun, which promotes high engagement and enjoyment of the process.


4. Who sees the results of the team`s diagnostics in the company?
The platform provides various settings for the visibility of command diagnostic results. The manager, together with the team, can configure the platform so that the results are visible only to team members or to all employees of the company.
It is often recommended to make the results available to everyone, as this encourages case discussion and peer learning, greatly accelerating the professional development of participants. However, the final decision on visibility settings always remains with the team leader.
5. What should I do if my team test results are bad?
If the team's diagnostic results are very poor, the course coach identifies priority areas to begin work on. These key areas for improvement will be identified early in the course so that the manager can focus on addressing them over the course of the month.
We emphasize that there are no bad or good results at the beginning of the course; there is only a starting point from which the team begins to move forward. The more progress a team can make relative to its starting position, the better results it can achieve.

Based on an analysis of more than 500 business teams, we identify three key development areas:
